ALL OF THE FOLLOWING RATES ARE PER MONTH

Studios:  $1,700.00

1 Bedroom:  $1,800.00; Additional for Double Occupancy: $900.00

All utilities and basic cable are included in the rent.  There is a 6 month lease with a $550.00 security deposit.  Thereafter, the lease is month to month with a 30 day notice to vacate.  This security deposit is refundable provided all the terms and conditions are met and no damages to the unit.  

Included in the rent are all the daily activities provided by Village in the Oaks, complimentary transportation to scheduled medical appointments (Mondays & Thursdays only), three daily meals (consisting of a continental breakfast, lunch and a light dinner), housekeeping every other week, transportation to banks grocery stores and shopping centers.

Medication Reminder:  Supervised distribution and assistance with self-administration of medications as needed = $180.00/month

Linen and Bed Change (once a week) = $50.00/month

Laundry Service (wash & fold) (once a week) = $100.00/month

Assistance with Bathing (sponge bath, bath or shower) = $15.00/bath

Assistance with Bathing & Dressing (3 times a week) = $225.00/month
